ISF stages "Romeo and Juliet" and "Alice in Wonderland"

At the beginning of May, students involved in Junior Stage Group performed “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet”. This entertaining production was a reinvention of Shakespeare’s tragic love story with the addition of comedy and rhyming wordplay. The costumes and scenery were inspired by a Dr. Seuss story. We would like to thank our talented cast: Gereon B., Grace C., Sai Kirti C., Sarah Jane W., Camila Casper L., Samantha F., Nur A., Evelyn C., Paris Madeleine S. and Ghalia H.. Our sincere thanks and congratulations go to the Director, Maria G. from our Music department.

Mid May, our students involved in the Senior Stage Group performed the play “Alice in Wonderland”. This wonderful production followed the story of Alice and her journey down a rabbit hole. There are many unusual discoveries along the way: a strange cat; a tea party with no tea; a croquet match with robo balls controlled by a tablet, and far too many outbursts of, “Off with her head!” We would like to thank our wonderful cast: Ava F., Thea H., An-Chih H., Maxim K., Natalya O., Vivian O., Edda P., Anya P., Diane P., Debaleena R., Dhwani S., Riddhima S., Lara S. and Hannah Y. Particular thanks must go to our Assistant Director, one of our alumni, Jessica O. Finally sincere thanks and congratulations go the two Directors from our Music Department.
